SoilVision has been acquired by Bentley Systems, Incorporated, a leading global provider of comprehensive software solutions. The acquisitions, of SoilVision, Plaxis and gINT, serve to make Bentley a complete source for geotechnical professionals “going digital.”
As a member of the Bentley team, we had the opportunity to be a part of the Bentley YII (Year in Infrastructure) held in London, England. We attended industry forums, heard from thought leaders, and started the conversations on how we can accelerate our digital advancement. We also presented at the GeoTechnical round table as well as, met with many Bentley colleagues from around the world.
It was an exceptional opportunity to hear from thought leaders and leading executives in the world of infrastructure to learn how we can improve project delivery, light up your data, build better-performing assets, and impact real business outcomes.
We discovered inspiring new technology and BIM advancements in design, engineering, construction, and operations which can help advance digital business goals.
In this new environment, SoilVision technology will continue to be developed and supported by the SoilVision team. SoilVision’ expert support service remains in place. You may continue to contact SoilVision directly for technical support and sales inquiries.
In addition, we will have access to leverage Bentley’s extensive software application catalogue and development team. Over time, SoilVision technology will integrate with Bentley’s structural and platform applications for unprecedented geo-structural engineering performance.
By becoming part of a larger company, the SoilVision team has joined a larger team of colleagues. The benefit to you as our customer is, that the SoilVision team is still in place yet now enforced with many more colleagues ready to support you.
